Warranty/Return policy: For custom orders, the sale is final and no refund will be issued. However, our business relies on your 100% satisfaction, hence in the rare case of any issues, we guarantee we will deal with them ASAP. Our products are perfectly packaged, but in the case of damage, we will repair or replace ANY damaged item at NO cost for you. Therefore you have to check your furniture as soon as the driver delivers it, and in case of damage OR missing parts you must declare that on the trucker’s delivery notice and notify us immediately.

Cancellations and Order Changes: We will accept order cancellations within 3 days of the purchase date on most items sold on WoodnLuxury.com. Orders cancelled or returned after the 3rd day will be charged a cancellation and/or restocking fee equal to 20% of the total order. Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged a cancellation and/or restocking fee and will be liable for all shipping costs both ways. Merchandise must be returned in original wooden crates and packaging with all parts.
